As you know from our initial discussion a couple of weeks back, we had a literally huge dilemma on our hands called an unplayable baby grand piano that needed a considerable amount of repair work that our budget as a non-profit agency could not afford to pay for. The general consensus of both staff and our participants had been that seeing as we have another very fine piano at the center we should look into removing the baby grand. After two plus years of trying to resolve this issue, we finally came across Preferred Movers. Not only did your company make a most reasonable arrangement monetarily to have the piano removed, you also sent two very gracious yet efficient young men over to remove it. Your associates were very careful about not harming or damaging any of our other property or furnishings. They were very sensitive to the fact that our participants were just finishing their noontime meal and were patient enough to wait until our folks had made it down the hallway to the transportation waiting area before moving the instrument out. They were very respectful and cordial to the group of seniors that stayed behind to watch because they (the seniors) had never seen anyone actually move a baby grand piano.  Not only did your company solve a problem, you also provided us with some educational insight regarding the process of such a task and a bit of fun!
